(Adamus Ghana) wishes to inform the general public and any persons having business with Adamus Resources Ltd. that the Superior Court of Judicature in the High Court of Justice (Commercial Division) on Thursday 27th July 2023 instructed that an interim management committee (I.M.C) be set up to run the affairs of Adamus Resources Ltd (Adamus Ghana),
