The Board of Directors of Adamus Resources Pty. Ltd, (Adamus Australia) the 90% majority shareholders of Adamus Resources Ltd. (Adamus Ghana) wishes to inform the general public and any persons having business with Adamus Resources Ltd. that the Superior Court of Judicature in the High Court of Justice (Commercial Division) on Thursday 27th July 2023 instructed that an interim management committee (I.M.C) be set up to run the affairs of Adamus Resources Ltd (Adamus Ghana),
The general public and all stakeholders are informed that current senior officers are restrained from acting on behalf of Adamus Resources in any capacity, and that the day-to-day affairs of the company, are the responsibility of the interim management committee(I.M.C), which is headed by a chairperson duly appointed by the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources.
The general public is asked to take note that any persons, individuals, organisations or businesses, who conduct or transact business with any injuncted officers of Adamus Resources (Nzema Mine), do so at their own risk and may be held in contempt of court.
The board and shareholders of Adamus Resources Pty. Ltd. (Australia) the 90% majority shareholders of Adamus Resources Ltd. (Adamus Ghana), gives notice that it holds itself harmless for liability, in respect of any business losses incurred by any persons, individuals, organisations or businesses, in respect of any undertaking, transaction or agreement entered into without the express approval of the duly constituted interim management committee (I.M.C).
